Leads.biz LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") provides digital marketing tools, including but not limited to free and paid SMS marketing services, the One Click Funnel premium plan, lead generation tools, and related resources.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may, at our sole discretion, change, modify, or discontinue any free SMS marketing tier or feature at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, the number of free messages, features available in the free tier, and eligibility requirements.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Payments for the One Click Funnel (Premium Plan) are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or prorated billing will be offered for months already paid for, regardless of usage or cancellation date. All subscription fees are due in advance and are final once charged.

All content, software, and technology associated with the Services are owned by or licensed to Leads.biz LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for your lawful business purposes.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leads.biz LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leads.biz LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or any breach of TCPA or applicable laws.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website, and your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
